<p>I purchased 3 piece couches in 2014, in 2015 December I logged a complaint as the couches were already damaged, 1 piece of the couch was taken in for repairs in April it's now June and it's still not returned went to the shop and all I received was the word SHAME..... requested to speak to a manager and I was referred to their sales agent Richard (don't get me started on that 1) joosub has to be worst furniture shop by far</p>
