Five star service!!

Jan and Rudi: You are the best!!! After many disappointing experiences from businesses in Nigel, you guys really went the extra mile and it most certainly didn’t go unnoticed. My husband changed the damaged car key of our Renault Clio 3 2008 model on Sunday to a new one that we purchased at Builders. We couldn’t go to Renault as they were not open on Sunday and there is no dealer for Renault in Nigel. My husband transfered the key and chip and battery etc to the new key cover, and it all went well, but then the hazard lights went on and wouldn’t stop. I had to cancel my appointment in Pretoria as the hazard lights wouldn’t stop flashing. I then went to 2 companies in Nigel that couldn’t help me, but the one lady referred me to Jan and Rudi. Needless to say: I was more than impressed and Rudi immediately fixed the problem and even told me the battery from the key need to be replaced and after I went to buy a new battery, he installed it for me, tested the car key again and hold and behold: the hazard lights went off!!! The car works now perfectly!!! Thank you Jan and Rudi!! The best of all: they don’t charge me a cent!!! You guys rock!!!
