Unprofessional and bad service

I signed up with them in September because sharne the agent informed me that they would clear my name in 6months since that time i 2as told they cant clear my name due to my balance being to high which I accepted but now my car is in arears by r1390 and i owe my previous debt counselors r2000 i dont know how this happened and stil they havent sorted it out sharlene told me after laying a complaint that she did inform me that the car would be paid late and i told her thats not true so she said she would arrange to send through my documents but still nothing and she was very rude i dont understand why but that was very unprofessional of her and the company to allow all this things to happen. I would not advise one to join this company.
