Thank you, One Restaurant and Lounge!
On the 13th, I visited One Restaurant and Lounge in Glenwood, Durban, and I want to give a big shoutout to the restaurant Management, I had a dispute regarding an event outside the restaurant where my companion and I were wrongly charged for entry. The Manager personally intervened to ensure we were reimbursed, allowing us to continue our visit without any hassle. From there, it was smooth sailing — the music, the food, and the overall service were exceptional. From the guy at the door to the Waitress serving us, the staff went above and beyond. Truly an outstanding experience. Thank you, One Restaurant and Lounge!
