O ⭐️‘S TO THE ONE & ONLY HOTEL IN CAPE TOWN

I have been to the One &Only Hotel in Cape Town on the 23.03.2019.I made a booking for a High Tea in order to celebrate my birthday.We spend in total R5200 expecting good quality food & service But Got None Of That:Turned Out To Be Such A Disappointment:::::::::::::;;;;;;;;;::: Starting of with the so called tea cups which turned out to be normal soup muggs.The lady who served our table had no idea what a High Tea was,She was very unproffesssional & clearly could not even explain to us what variety of tea’s were available.Being a High Tea at a 5 star Hotel one expected at least table s****s at our table.This was missing & one of my guest had to use her fork to stir her tea.It was only the begining of our bad experience The burgers was servd with an invisible beef patty ,The cake tasted like cardboard...I will not advise anyone to go to the One &Only anytime soon..I have laid a complaint with the management of the Hotel However I’m still still waiting for them to get back to me!!!!!
