Worst fibre provider

The worst internet service provider. Right now for about the 10th time this year, I have no internet. I have no use to even complain because I will get a lame excuse about it being my UPS causing the issue, but even when I plug it to direct power. We still don’t get internet. We unfortunately have no other choice due to them being the CHOSEN service provider in our estate . If I could select a minus score I would shame
