One mile telecoms remove backup batteries so you think you have WiFi when you get a UPS only to find out back up battries have been taken out by your company. I am very very disappointed and disgusted at what you have done

Leon Pieters you are the director of One Mile Telecoms and I just want to tell you that it was very low of you and your company to remove the backup batteries for our WIFi from the complex without warning us. You spoiled my day as I am on disability and I had to save two months to buy a UPS. I had to wait until my son was back from deployment so he could connect the UPS for me. We connected everything up because our load shedding is now 4 hours at a time twice a day and I have people from Dubai here who would like to use the WIFi. And to my surprise you came and removed the backup batteries from our complex. So no WiFi for all of us. You have broken our contract. I have tried to call your offices and no one answers. Your support team just sends reference numbers. I am not interested in it. I want a date when you are going to put back the back up batteries in our complex. I am disgusted what you have done. Sort out this #####urgently and come back to me.
