One Mile Telecoms is the worst ISP in SA
To put into perspective how **** the network is, I can’t load Netflix, YouTube, have meetings OR load instagram stories.
Never ever have I experienced this with other ISPs. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
When things get out of hand over WhatsApp they just ignore you. The service is messing up working from home. So if you live in an estate where these guys are the provider, I would recommend going with another ISP.
Their prices are also ridiculous. For their 200/200mb line speed (for 1.3K), you can get a 500/250mb line from another ISP for 1.2K.
Nothing about these guys are special.

20 Jul 2022, 17:52Update on this, so I managed to get a LAN cable and had to buy a new adapter to fit it (we only use macs in the house). Once showing them the speeds with the LAN cables they proceeded to tell me that their technicians are hard at work at keeping it stable?
But I’ve been experiencing these speeds the WHOLE month and they didn’t believe me until now when the LAN cable was connected.
Only when I asked for a refund for the difference in speeds (because I’ve been getting only 80gb pls MAX) so I am only willing to pay for the 100mbps line.
