Nothing but excuses on wifi issues for months with no help or resolutions

If there was a zero rating I would give them zero. For months now I have been logging tickets for problems with our line. Bad latency, high ping rates and I have not been able to connect to PSN for over 3 months now. Every time they blame my router! I bought a brand new router and guess what!!! I still have the exact same problems. I have asked five times for the expiry date of my contract and they have ignored every request so I guess it's time to get an attorney involved. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone and in fact would warn you to avoid them! Their service is worse than bad🤮!
