Network is down/faulty every second week!!! One Mile👎🏽👎🏽

How does a complex choose to only have one service provider for Fibre and its not even the best one on the block??? Every 2 weeks, the network crashes. We have to deal with Loadshedding and then no internet once electricity is back?! No man! Complexes need to allow for households to pick their own service providers because this is ***! We have no connectivity and then loadshedding will happen soon so basically, no work done today. This cannot be what we pay for?! Fix your issues please.
