Horrible service, always down for a fiber provider.

Very bad service. Goes down every second week and we lose productivity hours and they do not even pro rata when it is down for over a day. They’re always blaming their backbone provider which is Dark Fiber Africa. This is bad in an online working world we are in. They also refuse for us to get alternate providers as they have ***** binding contracts with the property developers. I’m so not happy.
