Excellent after-hours assistance from Jurand.

To whom it may concern.

I was experiencing some issues with internet speed.

I've contacted the WhatsApp number for some assistance upon which I was assured that the problem was not on One Mile's side but rather my own (running constantly at max download due to a connected device).

Requested assistance to log in on router (did not have password for device) to see what devices was connected and Jurand, without hesitation, assisted step by step.

All and all, amazing service was received from Jurand. Keep up the excellent service.
