Worst service ever!!!!

The worst service received. After the accessor came out to evaluate the damages of the accident caused by another vehicle he advised me that they will just proceed to polish the light of the vehicle and not repair all the damages and this after we had to wait an hour after the scheduled time. Then they changed the entire quote to repair not even all the damages. Showed up to panel beater and the repair is till date not approve. This is extremely ridiculous. The amount I am paying per month i can't get in an accident and the insurance just wants to polish my vehicle and not do decent repairs. not to even mention they even took the installment off on the wrong date!!!
