TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

If there was an option for half a star i would have chosen the option rather, this is a pathetic insurance company with no sense of urgency to assist after their client has bumped our car and cause a huge inconvenience in our life. We submitted a claim on the 20th March 2023(3RD party claim CLM543977). And we have been sent from pillar to post same excuse that they have captured the wrong policy number and registration number the next minute its sorted and the next they tell you that they got a wrong registration number AGAIN!!! THIS IS THE MOST *********** COMPANY!!!
