Rude Claims manager and terrible service

"We're experiencing significant issues with our third-party claim with Onesure, specifically with Claims Manager Neandra Cronje. Despite our calm approach, she's been consistently rude, interruptive, and unclear in her communication. Her tone has been aggressive, and the process has been unnecessarily prolonged.

We've followed procedures, but the delays have forced us to use our own funds to repair our vehicle. We're shocked by the service and question Onesures hiring process for client-facing roles.

We urge you to resolve this matter promptly. If not, we'll explore alternative avenues, including contacting your client directly, to escalate our claim.
