Refused to payout for claim, deleted footage of accident

A bus driver from Stabus bumped me in December 2021 in Naturena.I didn't have insurance myself at the time hence I had to deal with the matter myself. They refused to payout till this date, kept on telling me if I have no witness I have no claim,I made them aware that the buses have cameras that would be my witness. Guess what, they miraculously can't find footage where the accident occured. The accident completely being the drivers fault and caused serious damage to my car.

After a long back and forth, I had to get a lawyer to assist.They don't even respond to letters sent by lawyers.They had said they would get back to him,till date.

The brokers handling the claim were Keneiloe Molai as well as Bonita Shoeman from Gensure.
