Really struggling with the response speed from this ONE Insurance now that I am making a claim

Really struggling with the response speed from this ONE Insurance now that I am making a claim. When I was signing up they were too fast for me now I have to chase them around for weeks on end. Are they even legit? I don't know anymore.
