I had a burst flexible pipe in my Guesthouse kitchen after the December holidays. The water severely damaged the tiles, the cupboards and the walls. I logged a claim almost 2 months ago, the accessor was sent out to investigate. After waiting 6 weeks patiently ( this is a working kitchen area ) we decide to fix ourselves due to the sudden appearance of ****roaches feeding on the rotten chipboard. Various enquiries to my broker and One Insurance, we are still without any answers or solutions. Being a working entity that daily serves food from this area, I absolutely think that One Insurance is the most pathetic insurance company I have ever dealt with, its the 27th Feb, almost 2 months after the claim was logged. If Hello Peter had another option for Zero stars, that was the one I would have picked. You are not even worth 1 star
