ONE Insurance *******

So on the 6th April 2021, I called my brokers to help me out with PotHole damage to me Amarok. I hit a water-covered PotHole, when driving through the pothole I was busy shifting into 3rd gear. And unfortunately, I ramed my 3rd gear in when hitting the pothole. Therefore I broke my 3rd gear synchro gear, so then I can't use my 3rd gear. I drove home slowly due to the damage to my gearbox from the pothole. I then took videos for my Insurance so they can see how I can't use 3rd gear. So the insurance company arranged for a towing company to take my Amarok to an assessor for the damage. After finding out a few days later my Amarok was taken to a Panel beater for the assessment. " Not a Mechanic" After 2weeks still at the Panel beater the insurance company sent my Amarok to VW for another assessment as the panel beater couldn't do it in the first place. " Panel beater said there's nothing wrong with my gearbox as they did a Diagnostic on the MANUAL Gearbox." After finding out that my Amarok was sent to VW, I then visited VW to request a copy of the report. " Where my Insurance said they received all reports. But wait the one official report I had they never received from VW. And VW quoted them R10k-11k for a full report, where my insurance declined the Strip & Report from VW." After my Amarok was sent back to the Panelbeater, I was highly upset with this procedure. So I then personally went to my insurance company for a chat. After a month the insurance company finally sent my Amarok to a Mechanic to have a look at the gearbox. "Gearbox damaged was found and the mechanic told me and the insurance company that due to the impacted of the pothole and me ramming in 3rd gear on impacted, my 3rd gear synchro broke. This damage to my gearbox was from the impact of the pothole." Then after being messed around, time wasted & money lost. They call saying " Sorry we rejecting your claim!" History on the Amarok: Bought in Jan 2019 with 112 000km from We Buy Cars Full-service History from VW Further Service done to the Amarok was done by TW Auto Gearbox Service, Timing Belt, Oil, Diesel & Air Filter, Front Brake Pads and Rear Shoes. on the 22nd Feb 2019 I never missed a service as I use it for Work daily Problems with Insurance Company ONE Insurance during this process with my Amarok: They will take my bakkie to a Panelbeater for Mechanical damage. They then say they did a diagnostic test on a Manual Gearbox." HAHAHA" They never striped my gearbox until my Amarok was finally sent to a Mechanic to check. And even then the mechanic told them it was damaged due to impact they still decline my claim.!!! I pay my high premium monthly fees no problem but well they and playing me around and not wanting to repair for pay me out so I can replace my gearbox. They have cost me over R80k on lost jobs!!!! Never Support ONE Insurance!!!! ONE Insurance
