Horrible service

i am a third party claiming from this insurance, i wouldnt recomend anyone to join this company as they dont treat people fairly and they dont want to assist with fixing my car as one of there clients bumped my car and was at fault but they told me i should keep my eyes open when i drive but i wasnt at fault, worst service,
