Garbage service

Worse service ever, I am a third party claiming and all you get is delay tactics, no communication, I have to call each time and they have been giving me lame excuses, lies. I would not recommend this insurance they have no sense of responsibility, rude and longer turn around time. it's been 3 months now and i'm still waiting on the settlement to be paid to me, mind you this according to them was authorised a month ago.
