Frustrating, Unprofessional Experience – Avoid This Insurer!

My experience with this insurer has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away.

1. Endless Delays: The claims process was painfully slow, with no sense of urgency or accountability.

2. Questionable Parts Sourcing: To my shock, the insurer sourced parts from Zakspeed—a s****yard in Welkom—claiming they were “SABS approved.” My broker and assessor took ages to address my concerns, offering little reassurance.

3. Poor Repair Standards: When my car finally went in for repairs, the parts didn’t even fit. This was completely unacceptable.

4. Wasted Time & Effort: Only after this setback did they agree to order proper OEM parts, which should have been the standard from the start.

5. Still No Resolution: I am still waiting for my car to be fully repaired, weeks after the initial claim.

Bottom Line: This has been the most unprofessional insurance experience I’ve ever had. If you value your time and your vehicle, look elsewhere.
