Fabulous service from a fantastic company.

As a broker who has been working with One since the start, some 20+ years, I can assure you very few insurers / underwriters are as approachable and understanding as One. I have worked at all levels from claims clerk, to junior underwriter all the way through to the MD himself, and I can tell you that they are all approachable, they all listen to what you have to say and will sit down with the real intention of finding a solution that suits all parties involved. Sure, I don't win every case. Sure, from time to time we get hit with an issue but for sure they will be open to discussing any issue with their broker network. I decided to write this today as again they have assisted me the way no other insurer/underwriter would.
