Disgusting; Beware!
A Hendor driver drove into the back of my vehicle on the 9th November 2021. I notified Hendor management on the 10th November 2021 and was directed to Vickie Du Toit who deals (on the 12th November) with the company's financial matters who received all my documents/statements etc. All required documents were sent to Vickie by the 21st November and then the matter was referred to Claudia (claims handler at One Insurance). I was then advised to resend all documents to Claudia as there seemed to have been a break in communication between Vickie and Claudia. Its 07 Feb 2022 and NO attempt to close off on this has been initiated, nor has my vehicle been fixed. Instead I am forced to drive around with a bashed up vehicle all because of incompetence and no disregard for expediting this matter. I don't understand how no recourse or urgency to close off on this is being effected. I am made to follow up on this matter as no voluntary feedback from the Insurer is being provided. I was rather advised by Claudia that the matter has been referred to management for authorization about 3 weeks ago and when I followed up again was advised that the matter was escalated. This is ABSOLUTELY pathetic. I would caution people from dealing with ONE Insurance!
