DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. RUDE STAFF.

Disappointing customer service. They use delaying tactics. Reported 2 of their consultants for being rude and refusing to assist. The second one was so rude, I was following up on a document she had said I would be receiving(in the timeline given by her). She started shouting and being rude. Sent an email to her asking if the rudeness was necessary cc'd the MD. As soon as she saw my email, she just canceled my case. She then sent another rude email.

I wouldn't recommend them , such an inconvenience and waste of time..
