Bad Service ever

Hi

I am currently seeing assistance from the Hellopeter, I have been in a accident on the 9th of June and was claiming 3rd party from the below insurance as i was not at fault in the accident. up till date the insurance has never provided me with feedback as I always had to call and as for the progress off the claim. they don't bother for call me and even if i cal they they have attittude

the new line they tell me is the brokers has not paid the access and I have a option to wait for them to pay or they deduct the R5000 from my claim payout. I am not getting any joy and its been 3 months since the accident, I use my car for business use and currently its not presentable at all as its a challenge for me to use it at its full potential.

please can I have help from the Hellopeter for a way forward in this situation.
