5 months later my car issue has not been resolved

The worst! They use delaying tactics, rude staff refusing to help. Multiple follow up but no communication on their side. You always have to be the one calling them, You have to beg them to assist you. After weeks of trying to get them to finalize the claim they were just not interested to assist anymore, especially the person working on my claim Bonita Klopper kept on saying she has requested assistance from her manager.
