Service? What service, I wouldn't use one.co.za if they were the last insurance companies in SA

On March 29 this year one of this insurance companies insured parties drove into the back of my vehicle while he was on his mobile phone, my kids and wife were in the car with me. I have tried calling and mailing *** and I have not received a response.
