PATHETIC & UNPROFESIONAL SERVICE

I have a 3rd party claim outstanding from an accident that occurred on 16/03/2021.I have a paper trail of emails that I've sent asking for feedback, updates on my claim. NO RESPONSE AT ALL ,absolutely pathetic company cant even complain about service because there is NONE, 1st agent that handled my claim was Keneiloe Molai NO RESPONSE TO ANY MAILS, then after complaining at the brokers they assigned me to Jaco De Ru - SAME ISSUE, if I could give 0 rating I promise I would.
