ONE Insurance- think twice before you insure with them.....Fighting to get my claim of just over R3000 paid

It is very disappointing that after almost 10 years of paying an insurance prmium - every month- when it comes time to approve claim- the insurer finds every possible way to get out of payment. We are with Brokers Leigh Insurance Group - underwitten by One Insurance. Our car was involved in a 3 car pile end June 2016 The car did not want to start after inpact- the car was pushed to Sophia Town police stattion and parked there until the insuers sent the towing company. The vehicle was towed to the approved panel beaters- all reports etc was sent- We were told that our veicle will be ready within 10 days. Then, the assessor: Theo Arndt from True Auto Assessing - says that the fact that the vehicle is not starting is not accident related and cost are for my account. By the way no one communicated with me - I always had to make the first inquiry. Weeks later - i am still communicating between Leigh Insurance Group (the broker) Theo (the assessor) Widaat (at Pannel beaters- who by the way has been most assisting) and now Donavan at One Insurance: This was Donavans reply to our broker at Leigh Insurance Group " Hello Gemma Please see attached from the assessor regarding the problem with the above claim. As advised by the assessor and myself on numerous occasions this problem with the key/ignition is not accident related and we cannot be held liable for a maintenance related issue with the clients vehicle. The damages that was caused due to the accident was done in a timeously manner but due to the problem with the key/ignition the client has not taken delivery of his vehicle as he is adamant that the problems with the vehicle is due to the accident. The additional car hire and repairs to the key/ignition with therefore be for the clients account." Again DOES NO ONE GET IT- THE CAR STOPPED WORKING ON ACCIDENT IMPACT- and By the way all our vehicles has all its services and is maintained a million % I have never cheated anyone in my life- all i want is our vehicle back - paid for by the insurance company- They have taken my money every month just over R1500 - but now are trying to get out of paying just under R4000 Very Frustrated.....
