ONE insurance. ONE disgusting service EVER

This is one of the worst insurances I have ever come across. My car was hit by one of the Xinergistix trucks whom are insured with ONE Insurance on 18 September 2020. I had to claim as a third party for the damages.. I first had a run around with their client as to where I could claim but eventually i was pointed to the right direction. I submitted all required documents within 2 days or less. I keep emailing the handler of the claim and he does not respond to emails. I had to constantly call to enquire about the progress of the claim. Eventually, the claim was approved and on 19 October 2020, I had to sign some release form for the funds to be paid out. I sent the signed form and supporting documentation back within less than an hour after receiving the documents. I have to mention that the form was dated 15 October 2020 but I only received it on 19 October 2020 because I queried about the progress otherwise, I would still be waiting for it. Incompetence!! The form speaks about it can take up to 30 days for the funds to be released. I have been suffering without a car for a whole month and they saying I can suffer for a further 30 days. Someone somewhere is ***********.. I called Friday, 23 October 2020, I was told that the claims handler wae not at work and I asked to speak to someone else that could assist. I was told that they are short staffed at the Third party claims department. I lefr a message to be called back. Do you think they called back?? Not a damn... I had to call again and I spoke to some unfriendly with an utterly disgusting attitude who told me about the release form which speaks about 30 days and that the form was sitting with finance. What could be soooo difficult with processing payment if it has already gone through necessary processes? I have had to postpone my travelling appointments and a whole lot of emotional stress due to this. No company should use these people..
