EXTREMELY PATHETIC & UNPROFESIONAL service

Their service is EXTREMELY PATHETIC. If you submit a claim, they keep you in the dark and don't do a proper/thorough investigation. They don't give any feedback nor request for any additional info. If you request feedback, they send you a sarcastic email(basically attacking you) to inform you that they will not approve your claim. I think it is very unprofessional and pathetic.
