Refusal to resolve post installation issues
Hope this can be useful to others. After identifying multiple issues which were agreed by the on site inspection employee the owner refused to engage further, as claimed installation was completed. 1) Garage gutter and header box - subsequently claims the gutter was never going to work - this was a replacement for the existing gutter. Garage roof and existing gutter were removed for his installation team. 2) Discussed re-using existing gutter with initial quote with on site employee and confirmed appropriate, later implying this shouldn't have been done - that part of the gutter actually seems ok, but at this point unsure what issues will surface later. 3) The drainage issues are not something One Gutters is prepared to address and that any rectification will need to be undertaken at my own expense. This is contrary to the discussions held on site, where it was understood that the installed gutters should effectively drain to the designated downpipes, which is a fundamental requirement of the system. 4) Blamed for a credit note that was never processed on their system that they only picked up months later. This despite, correspondence directly from the owner via whatsapp, at the time, to only pay the header box as the additional gutters not required. I encourage you to google reviews for One Gutters before using them as will see I am not the only person experiencing these issues. It felt like a extremely positive experience with great staff until issues were raised.
