<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">In 2013 we finally completed building our home. Our contractor also had 2 x 150L geysers installed which included 2 x Geyserwise systems which included the following items</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">2 x control units<br /> 2 x 12v batteries<br /> 2 x 12v pumps<br /> 2 x displays</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">Total cost R27000.00</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">Not long after the installation - I think about 5 months later we had the company &ldquo; One Energy Pretoria East&rdquo; who did the installation come out and they replaced 2 of the 12v pumps on both our units.<br /> The above worked for a while, until we called them complaining about not have hot water and noise coming from one of the units, they came and replaced another pump and a battery.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">Again in August 2015 the same thing happened and they replaced 2 more pumps 1 battery and 1 controller.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">In Feb 2016 both pumps now started making the same noise, and it seems the controller on the one unit is dead as well.<br /> I contacted &ldquo; One Energy Pretoria East&rdquo; and they now say that they can&rsquo;t replace anything because it&rsquo;s out of warranty as these units only have a 6 months warranty. And that they are no longer part of the &ldquo; One Energy&rdquo; group and are now trading as &ldquo;Green Energy Solutions&rdquo;<br /> <br /> Even with discussion with Elaine van der Merwe from &ldquo; One Energy Pretoria East&rdquo; confirms that she agreed that the product in question is an &ldquo;inferior product&rdquo; and that even they have had a lot of returns on the pumps in question, in an email from Elaine to Nicolene @ Geyserwise.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">I have even contacted Wian @ One Energy and had a discussion&nbsp;with him where he promised to look into the matter back in April and I&rsquo;m still waiting.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #555555;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">To recap we&rsquo;ve had 8 pumps 4 different batteries and replaced a controller, it is clear that this product has issues &ndash; Can&nbsp; One Energy&nbsp;please contact me to resolve this endless cycle, this product is meant to save my family money and right now it&rsquo;s costing me more.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #555555; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0cm;">Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
