Eskom rebates not paid to client

Installed a solar geyser in February 2014. Till today no rebate received from supplier who changed their business name to North-west solar and confirmed that they used my rebate for own business.<br> Extremely poor response from Oneenergy, ********* business people. Very disappointed that one has to pursue legal action against people like Louis and Pieter for their ********* behavior and Oneenergy for their lack of intervention.
