Not happy with One Debt service

My name is Zama approached One Debt in 2018 consolidation however their services didn't yield positive results, I left them and started paying all my creditors myself up until I finished. My name is still under debt review, they are now refusing to release my files so that my name can be cleared, please don't **** us we tired, we work so hard for this money you are taking from us, not keeping your promises
