Once you become a customer and signed into an agreement, they do not have the same hands on service. Approaching 2 years with them , and still getting sms from creditors that my account isn’t being paid. When you contact them for a reason why, they don’t get back to you. This is your financial status and reputation. Of which means nothing to them. Still waiting for the Manager Michelle to get back to me.
