Bad service

I am struggling for almost a month now. After sending numerous emails an leaving messages without response. I had a overdraft account that was paid up in May 2022. I also received a letter from the bank confirming it. According to the statements received from one debt there was payments made in June and July on the paid up account. I contacted the bank and there was no credit on the account available. I just want to know where is the money then paid to.??? Do not get any response.
