Zero response to refund request

I placed an order 17 December and paid. Disclaimer on website indicated it would be shipped in the first week of January. I accepted. I found the same elsewhere that would arrive just after Christmas. I sent one deal a day a WhatsApp, messenger and email on the 18 December requesting to cancel my order and to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE, only auto generated responses. I've sent numerous messages, NO RESPONSE. Today 22 December I receive an auto generated email stating that they're working on my order. I DO NOT WANT THE STUFF. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why is my money being withheld from me? Surely this is *******.
