Shocking experience! Have purchased numerous items over a prolonged period of time.

I purchased 3 electric scooters totaling a purchase in excess of R15,000.

The scooters arrived only for me to establish that the seats do not fit properly (later verified by a supplier).

After using the scooters for only a weekend, all 3 back fenders started cracking and then eventually broke off.

The scooters had not been knocked, none of the fenders had actually been touched and the scooters were only ridden on the road.

Clearly the vibration from the road had affected the fenders! Clearly a manufacturer defect.

Trying to make contact with onedealaday has been a NIGHTMARE! I have been pushed from pillar to post!

No one from the company will call or email me back! No response at all other than to ask for pictures of the scooters - then no reply!!!
