Wrong order and deafening silence!!

I recently, in response to an email received, ordered 4 items. Due to the clumsiness of their website only 1 item appeared on the invoice, together with a transport cost. I sent an email the next day asking for the matter to be corrected, they responded requesting more information. This was forwarded to them immediately.

In the end only 1 item delivered, the transport costing more than the item!!

Absolute silence from them. Beware they also trade as Red Chilli Deals.
