wrong item delivered. Poor service

They delivered the wrong product but they say it is fine because the product they delivered does the same thing, so I buy a BMW vehicle but you deliver a Ford vehicle because it does the same thing, it is not the same thing, wake up onedaydeal!!!. IT IS NOT WHAT I PURCHASED. Now I must return it under my own cost and wait 10 days for a possible refund. Absolutely ridiculous service. Will never buy from them again.
