Worst service ever experienced.

I bought and paid one of the deals that they have offered on the 26th of Oct. I received a confirmation of the purchase with the payment details confirming the order nr etc. I sent them, as per their request, the proof of payment, with the deal nr etc. This is the last I've heard from them. a week later, I started sending requests for information to the two advertised email addresses including the proof of payment and confirmation of deal asking them to honour the deal or refund me the purchase price.. I then had one of the agents ask me for my proof pf payment on the 11th, which i sent for the 6th time and again asked for confirmation of the POP and mail.. Up to day I have heard nothing.. they have not bothered to respond to ANY of the emails that i have sent, which at this point is one a day, in case they miss one of the mails. This is the worst service that i have ever experienced.. At this stage i just want my money back as i already had to purchase the product from someone else (paid and delivered within 3 days).
