WORST SERVICE EVER!

Probably the worst service I've EVER experienced! The Sales team are FABULOUS because duh, they want your money - but don't even TRY to deal with admin/customer service afterwards! I have sent 8 messages, 4 emails and STILL NO RESPONSE. The sales lady eventually sent me a canned response telling me I must pay to return their ******* to them and THEN they will investigate, and IF they find reason they will refund.. So they won't dispatch anything until I PAY, but I must put my trust in a company that doesn't respond to queries and HOPE that I get a refund?! I am taking this up with CPA too, tired of companies taking advantage!
