Worst service

I am still waiting for delivery since I ordered on 25 June. There is no feedback from customer service from their non existing team. No one can tell me when to expect my order. There is no sense of urgency from the *********** team. The turn around time is maximum 15 working days which has passed already and I am yet to get a tracking number because it hasn't even reached the couriers. What an appalling service. This is the 2nd and last time I am buying from this store.
