Worst service

How pathetic ?? I bought a robot vacuum cleaner on 08/05/2024 Delivered on 13/05/2024. I haven't used it that much 4x at the most so far. And when i received the box it was opened it was closed with sellotape but i thought okay so when i started to use it one of the bristles started to not to turn and then it turns. So i complaint with onedealaday yesterday. So their reply is i have not report it within 7 days?? All on my own cost to return and have it fixed? Will never ever buy from them again. Most worst service i got.
