Worst online shopping service ever.. Never again.

This was the worst experience of online shopping I've ever had.. I ordered 2 Humidifiers from the one as a gift and one for myself.. Firstly it took weeks to get delivered to me. Then when i received it one of the humidifier's box was damaged and it dis not havw the cable in the box.. I contacted them via their numerous WhatsApp number... Only to find out today almost a whole month that thwy won't be able to replace my item cause they don't have stock. Now a refund will be done in the next 5 to7 working days.. This is the worst company ever.. Please no one order anything from them..
