Worst customer service ever received

Your absolute pathetic customer service continuous (as per so mails sent over the last 2 weeks to you so called customer service mail address). After having asked form 2 weeks to ensure my (now already very late) delivery should not be done during a certain period, the delivery company phoned me a short while to let me know he is at my gate (and was obviously not at home); thus wasting time and wasting money.

You did not even bother to reply to any of my many mails sent to you, but yet you still promote “contact us if you have issues”. What a joke!!

WHAT A PATHETIC BUNCH YOU ARE – WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN AND PROMOTE THE SAME TO ALL I KNOW!!

Just look at you reviews on hellopeter.com...as a company you should n]b e ashamed at running a business this way.

If so called Amees Mohamed is you CEO (or whoever else) this type of conduct is clear that he is clueless of what happens in this business (or he does not care)
