WORSE SERVICE EVER.

Order pots on 19 July 2025, I received a order number from the but since then absolutely nothing. I have constantly queried on their WA platform and the only response I receive is, Kindly let me check and revert. Once I got a reply that the container is been held by customs. The latest one Let me have one of my team call you. Still waiting for that call. Despite requesting a refund and them asking for my banking details, they have also not attended to a refund. In the past they were good to deal with, now their service is sadly totally lacking and absolutely appalling. I will NOT recommend them to anybody.
