Worse Customer Service

One Deal a Day has a 6 month warranty on all their products, I order a Blender 4 months ago, only used it twice and made them aware that the Blender is faulty as smoke comes out when in use, it has been over 2 weeks since I lodged my complaint and still haven't received any feedback from anyone. I will never buy from them again, worse customer service.
